MARIA MASLOVA
Maria specializes in the fields of the aviation law, bankruptcy, energy, corporate law and real estate. As part of her work on projects, she drafts procedural documents, carries out court practice analysis, prepares legal opinions on different issues and drafts contracts.
Maria's key projects include:
• participation in the case of a major air accident with a passenger aircraft owned by a foreign company;
• legal support in a number of large Norwegian companies in bankruptcy proceedings;
• participation in a project on the formation of a legal framework for the common electricity market of the Eurasian Economic Union: participation in drafting documents regulating access to the services of natural monopoly entities.
Maria graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
She speaks English, German and Spanish.
Maria was awarded with the Honorary Member Badge of MGIMO Alumni Association for exceptionally excellent grades in her studies.
