Anna graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
Anna speaks English and German.
Anna is currently a PhD student at MGIMO University. Her subject of scientific research is the issues of legal regulation of environmental impact assessment in various regions, in particular, in the Caspian Sea and the Arctic. She is the author of a number of publications on this topic.
Anna leads a course on international environmental law at MGIMO University.
