Anna specializes in corporate and contract law.

Anna has 20 years of experience in advising foreign and Russian companies on issues related to:
• conclusion, approval and implementation of various types of civil law contracts that accompany current economic activity of companies;
• disposal of shares and holdings in companies;
• registration, restructuring, winding up and closing of companies;
• legal support of corporate management of companies; drafting various documents regulating internal activities of Russian corporations, as well as the relationships between corporation shareholders; advising on structuring of corporations, on legal preparation for and conduct of the general meetings of the companies.
• opening of representative offices and branches of Russian and foreign companies, registration of representative offices and branches, as well as separate subdivisions of legal entities.

Anna represents clients' interests in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, conducts pre-trial and claim work in various fields of civil law, and is engaged in the execution of foreign court judgements and arbitration awards within Russian jurisdiction.

She also deals with issues of the application of labor legislation as well as issues related to the protection of intellectual property and antimonopoly regulation.

She graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University.
